CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so with at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. appointments can only be rescheduled once. If you must reschedule a second time, please keep in mind your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit of $25 will be required in order to book A future appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment within 72 hours will be considered a “no -show or same day cancel” which results in your deposit being forfeited and a 15% cancellation fee.
